TRUNK ‘N TREAT
Give a prayer of thanks, and a hearty “JOB WELL DONE” to the wonderful duo of Bill and Sandee Keating, for their fabulous representation of our church at the annual Kentwood Trunk ‘N Treat celebration. They put in an enormous amount of time and effort and expense to hand out candy to the kids, as well as church flyers and pens to the grown-ups. What beautiful people they are! Here’s some photos of their appearance as “Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy”.
Mercy Kamau was born and raised in Kenya. She has two daughters and a son who are all now grown adults and live in Kenya. Both of Mercy’s daughters are married while her son is still in school.
Mercy became a born-again Christian and immediately developed a love for God’s Word. Her spiritual journey has been grounded in the Biblical passage that tells us, “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons (children) of God.” Mercy says, “I love to serve God in any way by the grace of God, especially in music ministry”.
Please be sure to pray for and welcome Mercy into our family of faith as she is a gift from God to us all.
